Hello there chubby people like me :D
Well since I am planning to lose weight - God knows when -
I have been searching for different workouts that are fun and effective in such a way that would actually keep me motivated to move my back off from my bed ... xD
And here is one of the videos I found out..
It is a simple yet a tiring dance routine - somewhat samba I guess - I really like this one it is fun to do and most importantly easy yet help you lose weight in great manner :D
My plan is to lose weight and then to start toning my shape. I believe this dance + other dance routines and probably some Zumba routines would help me cut off some weight .. don't you think?
Since I will have more free time in the university .. I may actually have a pretty good result .. who knows maybe the results will be unexpected? ;)
Don't worry ... I will keep you updated .. if there was any result :P
Well good luck in losing weight .. but don't overdo it! BE HEALTHY :)
