Dance workout .. ;D

Hello there chubby people like me :D

 

Well since I am planning to lose weight - God knows when -

I have been searching for different workouts that are fun and effective in such a way that would actually keep me motivated to move my back off from my bed ... xD

 

And here is one of the videos I found out..

 

 

It is a simple yet a tiring dance routine - somewhat samba I guess - I really like this one it is fun to do and most importantly easy yet help you lose weight in great manner :D

 

My plan is to lose weight and then to start toning my shape. I believe this dance + other dance routines and probably some Zumba routines would help me cut off some weight .. don't you think?

Since I will have more free time in the university .. I may actually have a pretty good result .. who knows maybe the results will be unexpected? ;)

Don't worry ... I will keep you updated .. if there was any result :P

Countdown to India!!

Hello there everyone ..
how are you doing today?

Well, as the title suggests .. I am going to India in a matter of days wohoo
Thus, I decided to share some of the experiences I had in India before five years which was my last time there. There are pictures here ;)

Actually my great grandparents are Indians, thus I have Indian roots :)
The story goes like this: My great grandfather came to Saudi Arabia for business. He basically liked it here so he stayed with my great grandma and they got children. Then these children got other children and then I came to be :P just as simple as that

So basically we go back to India from time to time to make some family visits [ My dad's cousins and uncles ] :)

AND NO I DON'T SPEAK THE LANGUAGE ... Although dad is really fluent T^T

So five years ago meaning I was in 7th grade -- too young to realize anything
We would go to a village rather than a city because my relatives lived there ..
We usually go in a big group consisting of my 2 Aunts and their children and husbands along with us
so we were such a big lousy party but it was fun <3 :)

India is basically all about nature
You can enjoy the breeze, the woods, the trees, the rain and the clear atmosphere
The perfect place to relax your mind and to be free from all your worries
Meaning physical, psychological and spiritual meditation <3

My passion for writing has started in India actually. There was a lot of sceneries that inspired the inner writer in me!

 
 

 
 

 
 

Of course .. from time to time, or all the time, you can find these creepy creatures lurking around the place which totally ruins my peace!!! >:{

 

 

 
but there were still some cute animals like this one here: :D
 

 

That time we got a chance to travel to a big village after renting a traveling/entertainment bus!

So we stayed over at a fancy five starts hotel <3 :D

 

 

That served us with a Disney-like breakfast <3 :D

 

 

I was also able to experience the House boat or Boat house .. I forgot

 

 
 
It was a great experience. Full of adventures and happy moments. It was a nurturing trip for me!
I got a better view on life and humans! I got a new passion.. writing <3
 
Thus I really love this trip .. I actually left out a lot of stories I would like to share .. but I will have to give you a whole family background story for you to get how great this journey was. So, I decided to pass that for now!
BUT don't worry! I will get back to it once I put it in words .. k?

How are you? :)
This is my first time starting an actual REAL blog
want to know why?
The thing is, whenever I finally finish creating and customizing the blog
I always get stuck in the same spot which is the first post


" hmm it must be something catchy and wonderful but not too cheesy; something interesting but not excessively wordy.. something and something but not something"


yeah I think too much about this first post
so this time I thought to myself .. " hell why am I even thinking too much about this? I am writing to people whom I don't know and it is my own blog. I should just do what I am really good at ..... SPEAKING/ WRITING Endlessly"
and here I am finally making my first post and hey I am proud ;)


Ok so basic information about myself .. sorry for boring you but it is a must
Anyway


My name is Basma ( بسمة ) - it is an Arabic word that stands for Smile - so yeah you can call me whatever word that is similar to that.
I was born, raised and lived my entire life - up until now - in Saudi Arabia, Jeddah. An amazing country and a wonderful city despite all the false information given out by the media :)
I live with 4 older siblings and 1 younger brother and believe me this has benefits:
      - Learn how to defend yourself and how to be tricky
      - Have your own servant * devil * ;)
      - Other things that I don't remember right now ;P


I just completed my  18th year on July the 16th. So yeah, I just - supposedly - got out of the shell ..
I am a Muslim and this is a fact that I am proud of. I respect all nationalities and all religion .. so respect mine ;)


Hobbies hmm .. well mostly I enjoy watching series or surfing the internet or writing songs and poems .. etc ..
Here is the list of things I tried:

       - Learning Korean/Japanese [Failed]
and a whole lot of other stuff that I failed .. the reason that I mentioned those not to remind you that I am a failure - which I am not by the way - but to let you remember that one day I WILL be able to accomplish all of those things ... hopefully ha ha ..

        - I have never been in love
        - I don't trust people easily
        - I, partially, consider myself bipolar
        - I have an issue with smileys .. I use them a lot but I am restraining myself here-.-''
        - If you can keep me interested in everything you say, then you are a winner

I like people that are open minded and ready to talk about everything in life because hell I have a really strange or unpredictable point of view about life and everything in it
I value friendship and all human relationships to the extreme so respect that ;)
